VALLNORD Ordino/ Arcalís: snow at its purest
Ordino-Arcalís, one of the resorts at VALLNORD, is the ideal spot for enjoying skiing and
snowboarding in its purest state. Natural, wild and unforgettable, located between 1940 m
and 2620 m, the slopes pass through spectacular landscapes and this is why it is
considered one of the most beautiful in the Pyrenees. And on top of all this, the snow has
an exceptional quality, letting us offer you one of the longest ski seasons around.
With a total of 26 km of trails in the midst of an incredibly pristine natural setting, Ordino-
Arcalís is an alpine ski and snowboarding paradise. Furthermore, it is the ideal place for
enjoying snow and nature without crowds. There are 2 black runs, 11 red, 6 blue, 6 green
and 1 FIS (International Ski Federation) Slalom run. And for ascending the mountain, there
are 7 ski lifts, 5 chair lifts, 1 rope tow lift and 1 poma lift that help you reach the perfect
skiing areas for both experts and beginners.
More details One of the principal advantages of VALLNORD Ordino/ Arcalís is the fact that it tends to
be the Pyrenees ski resort that starts off the season with the best snow quality, as well as
being the resort that offers the highest quality snow during the winter and spring months.
This is due to the North-Northeast orientation of the slopes and the high altitude, ranging
between 1940 m and 2625 m where you will find abundant quantities of Atlantic snow
that is in great condition for the longest periods of time.

Freestyle/ board parks This Andorran resort also has a FreeRide Area for both skiing and snowboarding in its purest
form. This FreeRide Area located close to Feixans is located within the boundaries of the
resort and is totally signposted so you can practice freeriding with total safety.
Furthermore, the Ordino-Arcalís Snow Park has over 15,000 m2 of snow at above 2100
metres of altitude and is one of the preferred zones for freestyle aficionados. The snow
park at VALLNORD also has pistes for Boarder Cross and Cross Country Skiing for those of
you who prefer other ski disciplines.
